Warranty & Returns

Return policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect use
• Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

You are responsible for return shipping charges and unless the return was the result of our error the original shipping charges, if any, are not subject to refund. A $40 handling charge will apply to all returns of the NuAcquaDerm devices, a $10 handling fee will apply to all returns of the Diamond heads. To ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, ship the return in the original packaging to the following address: Beauty Tech, 18401 Collins Avenue #125, Sunny Isles, FL 33160

Orders Not Subject to Refund. Certain orders are not subject to refund:

• International orders unclaimed or refused for delivery due to your failure or refusal to pay VAT or duty charges are not eligible for refund.
• Products undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
• Purchases of products from third parties, including Gilt.com and Hautelook.com, are subject to replacement for defects in materials or workmanship but not refund.

Warranty

Your NuAcquaDerm device is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal use after its original purchase date.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, contact Customer Service at contact us page.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:

• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories
• Any other conditions beyond our control

NuAcquaDerm hereby disclaims all representations and warranties express or implied, as to the products, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. The NuAcquaDerm will not be liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense for breach of warranty.
